Phase 1 of Gold Mountain is sold out.
Currently, Gold Mountain Preserve is selling lots in Phase 2, with almost half of the inventory remaining.
Phase 3 will consist of a greenbelt that will hold parks, jogging tracks, tennis courts and more custom homesites.
Phase three is still a few years from completion, but coming along swiftly.
