Phase 1 is unfortunately completely sold out, and has been for a little while now.
But many of the amenities in phase 1, including the picnic ramada area,
hiking trails, view areas, gated entries etc. are available to owners in all three phases.
Since Gold Mountain Preserve is still under construction,
you must be accompanied by a member of the GMP marketing division to visit the property.
